Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products being made to order there is a no return policy.  

For missing items or any other issues with your order please contact us at customerservice@naturallybornhaircare.com or by using the form below. 

For  damaged items please contact us at customerservice@naturallybornhaircare.com or use the form below. 

 

Please include your name, order number, product and a description of the damage. Damage should be reported within 3 days after delivery.  We typically try to make things right as soon as possible but please allow us up to 7 days (up to 14 during busy season (holidays)  and high-volume orders) to process and ship  any replacements.
